The Kaishen Machinery production base is located in Linpu Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. The facility features a well-planned layout and comprehensive production infrastructure. The company has consistently invested in hardware-with total equipment investment exceeding RMB 13 million-to establish a complete gear manufacturing workflow that encompasses the entire value chain, including machining, heat treatment, and precision gear cutting.
The heat treatment workshop is equipped with four sealed-box multi-purpose furnaces for carburizing and carbonitriding, alongside auxiliary equipment such as washing furnaces, tempering furnaces, and ultrasonic cleaners, enabling the company to meet the heat treatment requirements for a wide range of gears and transmission components. Through continuous technological innovation and equipment upgrades, the company has achieved simultaneous improvements in gear precision and production efficiency; it currently possesses an annual production capacity of over 200,000 high-precision gears and plans to further expand capacity through technical upgrades.
