Planetary Speed Reducer

Designed for transmission-related mechanical applications, the Planetary Speed Reducer can be manufactured according to technical drawings and actual equipment requirements. Instead of limiting buyers to a single material or dimension, the factory can organize production around the specifications confirmed for each project.

Available materials include 18CrNIMo7-6, 42CrMo, 20CrMnti, 17CrNiMo6, 20CrNiMo, #45 Steel, and 40Cr. Other steel grades that are normally available in the domestic market may also be considered according to the order. Copper and aluminum components are currently outside the available manufacturing scope.

Standard diameters range from 50 mm to 1000 mm, while the maximum diameter does not exceed 2000 mm. The surface is generally black-gray after shot blasting and bright white after grinding.

Routine inspection includes sampling during production, finished-product sampling, and individual appearance checks before packaging. Third-party inspection can also be arranged according to the buyer's purchasing process.
Production photos or videos may be provided on request, while dedicated personnel track delivery progress. Products can be packed in wooden cases or on pallets, with wooden cases used for export orders.
A one-month warranty is provided. From sample development and batch manufacturing to inspection and delivery, the Planetary Speed Reducer can therefore be managed through a continuous order process for both initial and repeat purchasing.
