Marine Gearbox Driven Gear

The Marine Gearbox Driven Gear is intended for marine transmission-related applications and can be produced according to the technical requirements of individual marine gearbox projects.

Available steel materials include 40Cr, 42CrMo, 20CrNiMo, 20CrMnti, 17CrNiMo6, #45 Steel, and 18CrNIMo7-6. Other steel grades that can be normally sourced in China may also be considered according to actual order requirements. Aluminum and copper components are currently not accepted.

The marine product range mainly focuses on relatively smaller gear specifications, with diameters controlled within 1–2 meters. Products normally appear black-gray after shot blasting and bright white after grinding.

Customers can request photos or videos during manufacturing. Dedicated personnel record and follow delivery progress, giving purchasing teams visibility into actual production status.

Mature batch products normally follow a production cycle of approximately 30 days, while customized products generally require 45–90 days. For new specifications, sample development can be arranged first and usually requires 45–90 days.

The minimum order quantity is 2,000 pieces for the same specification. For repeat purchasing of an identical product, preparation time for molds and specialized tooling can be reduced, helping buyers connect new orders with inventory replenishment plans.

Routine quality procedures include production-stage sampling, finished-product sampling, and individual appearance inspection before packaging. Third-party inspection is also accepted.

Products may be packed in wooden cases or on pallets, while export orders use wooden cases.

Payments can be made in RMB or USD. Standard payment structures include 50/50, 30/30/40, or 40/60. For larger purchase quantities, discounts can be discussed according to actual order volume.
