Marine Transmission Reduction Gear

The Marine Transmission Reduction Gear is a customized product for marine transmission systems. Manufacturing can be organized according to marine gearbox drawings, physical prototypes, and required purchasing quantities.

Available steel grades include 42CrMo, 18CrNIMo7-6, 20CrNiMo, #45 Steel, 17CrNiMo6, 20CrMnti, and 40Cr. Other steel materials that can be normally purchased in China may also be considered according to project conditions. Aluminum and copper components are currently outside the available manufacturing scope.

The marine gear range mainly covers relatively smaller specifications, with diameters controlled within 1–2 meters. Products normally have a black-gray appearance after shot blasting and a bright white surface after grinding.

Buyers can begin a new project with sample development before full production. OEM and ODM services are supported, and manufacturing can be based on customer drawings or prototypes.

Customized sample development normally requires 45–90 days. The minimum order quantity is 2,000 pieces for one specification. Mature batch products generally follow a production cycle of approximately 30 days, while customized orders usually require 45–90 days.

For repeat purchases of an identical product, preparation time for molds and customized tooling can be reduced. Larger order quantities can also be discussed separately for possible price conditions according to actual purchasing volume.

The factory uses professional inspection equipment for quality control and also accepts third-party inspection.

Routine inspection procedures include sampling during production, finished-product sampling, and individual appearance checks before packing. Production photos or videos can be supplied upon request, while dedicated personnel continuously track delivery progress.

Products can be packed in wooden cases or on pallets. International shipments use wooden cases, providing a clear packing method for cross-border delivery of the Marine Transmission Reduction Gear.
