Marine Transmission Spur Gear

The Marine Transmission Spur Gear is used in marine transmission-related applications and is suitable for customized production and batch purchasing based on marine gearbox project drawings.

Available materials include #45 Steel, 17CrNiMo6, 20CrMnti, 40Cr, 18CrNIMo7-6, 42CrMo, and 20CrNiMo. Other steel grades that can be normally sourced in China may also be considered according to project requirements. Aluminum and copper components are currently not accepted.

The marine product range mainly covers relatively smaller gears, with diameters controlled within 1–2 meters. Surface condition depends on processing. Shot-blasted products are normally black-gray, while ground products have a bright white surface.

For a newly developed specification, sample production can be arranged first. Customized sample development normally requires 45–90 days.

Regular batch orders start from 2,000 pieces for the same specification, and different models are organized separately. Mature products generally follow a production cycle of approximately 30 days, while customized orders usually require 45–90 days.

For identical repeat products, preparation time for molds and customized tooling can be reduced. Production photos or videos can also be provided upon request, giving purchasing teams better visibility into actual order progress.

Products can be packed in wooden cases or on pallets. Export orders use wooden cases.

Routine quality control includes sampling inspection during production, finished-product sampling, and individual appearance inspection before packing. Third-party inspection is also accepted.

Standard payment arrangements include 50/50, 30/30/40, or 40/60. If a customized project requires dedicated molds or special tooling, the related costs need to be paid in advance. Payments can be made in RMB or USD.
